How It Works
Who can refer?
Anyone can refer projects.
Current and past clients. AEC industry professionals. Real estate agents. Insurance brokers. Family and friends.
How are credits earned?
Simple. Send us the contact info of someone ready for a design, consulting, or development. When their project begins, you get reward.
How much can I earn?
Non-clients will receive a 5% commission for any project they refer.
Clients can receive cumulative 5% credits for referrals, up to 50% off their project invoice. Credits can carry over to other projects, or opt for 5% commissions.

Maximum 50% off any one invoice.

Extra credit rolls forward to future projects — no expiration.

At submission, choose credit or commission for that referral.
Client Credits
Quick Scenario:
Refer a $60,000 project → Earn a $3,000 credit. Apply up to 50% of your invoice, roll the rest forward.
Exclusions: Cannot apply to permitting, inspections, third-party fees, reimbursables, or taxes.

Rate
5% of the initial contract value.
Does not apply to supplemental invoices.
Timing
Paid Net 30 after project commencement.
That means the agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received from the new client.
Compliance
W-9 required. 1099-NEC issued where applicable. We also have industry compliant referral agreements for real estate agents, financial advisors, and investors.
